Slow recovery going even slower

I finally saw the military doctor today about my back. She said it should have healed by now, but I am still having spasms, and I have been trying to push myself too hard too fast, and basically reinjuring myself. So she put me on a month long profile, can't even lift my three year old son to hug him, lots of heat on my back, some exercises to help heal and strengthen, and motrin to help reduce the inflammation. The only thing I can do on the PT test is the push-ups, so I better get to work on them, ain't worked on anything since I got hurt, worried that trying to maintain proper form is gonna hurt big time. But as long as I heal in the next month, I can get back to full speed training and be back in top form in three months. If I don't heal enough, I will have to go back for more tests and physical therapy. So everyone cross your fingers for me, I need to get healed up so I can get back into shape and get ready for my NCOES and maybe deployment in the future.
