Three of the "senior" dancers, they were wearing their "Solo" costumes. They came by our table to talk to us and thank me for serving.

Today the USO Discovery Kids had a St. Patrick's Day party at Abby Pub. It was amazing with crafts for kids, dancing, food, music and gifts. The kids got to decorate cupcakes - and promptly eat them, decorate boxes with green Irish coins, make crowns and bracelets, colored some pages, got their hands colored with shamrocks and more. They had several different dances of all ages - to include what looked like some 3 year olds. Three bands, including the Band of Brothers, a group of firefighters that play the bagpipes and drums, came out and played. And of course, plenty of food and drinks. As we left they gave the kids a goodie bag with girl scout cookies and stuff - I have not had time to actually go through them - and a ball signed by the dance troupe.

Band of Brothers playing... the dancers decided to dance to their music for a bit.

Arianna got to borrow a dancer's costume for a little while while she tried to learn an Irish dance.
