Time for daddy to be daddy... and mommy to get a break!!

This weekend I got to spend with my entire family... my children, their father, and... my fiance. Daddy got home Thursday, got chauffered around by me Friday, and was supposed to go out of town for the weekend Saturday, but his car punked on him, so he had to stay close by, so we all spent the day running a couple errands and going bowling together. Then... he kept the kids overnight, we got to sleep in and he is keeping the kids tonight, as well. I will come here in the morning after I drop my fiance off at work, and watch the kids while daddy goes to work until it is time for me to take them to school. Then we will start figuring out how to work out this joint custody thing again... been a while since I had someone that was actually responsable for my children, not someone who TOOK responsability for them because he cares about them. And it is not like daddy had the ability when he was at least 1,000 miles away, if not an ocean away! But now daddy lives within a 20 minute drive (depending on traffic), and closer when I move on-post, and can take care of the kids whenever he has the time!!
